Botay is the native Visayan name for the coconut flower spikelets used in our rustic table runners, coasters and soap holders. Coconut Botay is abundant in the coconut producing regions of the Philippine Islands. It is a material that would otherwise be a waste product from the production of copra — the dried coconut meat used to make coconut oil. View our plant materials page.
